Social Security Switches To Online Services Only Due To Coronavirus

Got Social Security questions? Be prepared to spend some time online or on the phone.

Online services are always the best option. “You can go online to apply for retirement, disability, and Medicare benefits, check the status of an application or appeal, request a replacement Social Security card, or print a benefit verification letter,” says Erb.
