We are pleased to announce that Mari Adam has been invited to participate on the “Demystifying Decumulation” panel at the Women Advisors Forum, scheduled for March 13, 2012 in Boca Raton, Florida. The panel will focus on how, as Baby Boomers age, advisors are tasked with transforming their strategies and practices along with them. The session will cover advanced practices in decumulation with strategies designed to prepare advisors for the changing needs of their clients and their practices.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and founder of Adam Financial Associates, Mari has over twenty years of expertise working with clients nearing or in retirement, and specializes in tailoring withdrawal (or “decumulation”) strategies to fit the client’s personal situation.
The day-long Women Advisors Forum, attracting high-ranking female financial advisors from across the country, will feature sessions on the 2012 economic outlook, social media and compliance, building a leading-edge financial practice, serving the needs of widows and other women in transition, and women’s international investment issues.
